Return Policy

Upon approval: 30 days for a full refund or store credit exchange

Thank you for your business and we hope that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, I would love to hear your feedback so we can improve our products and customer experience. You have 30 days (postmarked) to return your item to us.

I would like to take this opportunity to encourage you keep your items, if there is any room for improvement (or if you loved your items), please let me know by emailing me at melanie@mcnittfairmes.com. I will send you a promo code of 15% off or more on your next purchase to accommodate any ineligible returns or as a reward for providing positive feedback.

To start the return process, we would need any details including, written description of the problem as well as photos if applicable. Email me at melanie@mcnittfairmes.com. I will respond to your email with an approval, rejection, or a need for more information response.

Eligibility Terms

In order to process the return, your item must be in it’s original packaging, and be in new condition. If you purchased in person you must provide a screen shot of the receipt.

The Process

There’s a couple of ways to go about this,

• Initiate a return through your account you purchased the items through, either on our website mcnittfaimes.com, Micheals, Amazon, or Facebook/Instagram.
• If you purchased in person, Email me at melanie@mcnittfairmes.com so that I can initiate the return process.

I will send you a return label to your address (please provide your address and a screenshot of the receipt in your email if you purchased in person), Once I receive your return, I will initiate a refund or store credit if you requested store credit.

Receiving Your Refund or Store Credit

After we receive the item(s), a refund will be initiated back to original payment method. Please allow the standard 3-5 business days for the funds to show up in your account. If you paid cash in person, we can only provide store credit in the amount of the original purchase. In the case of store credit, check your email for the code to use at check out on our website.
